2013 Nevada SNA Conference Highlights Wednesday, July 31st - Pre Conference Classes. Thursday, August 1st - Break-out session, Opening session with speaker Barry Maher and ending with dinner at the Governor's Mansion. Friday, August 2nd - All break-out sessions will be with professional chef's plus the food vendor show. Saturday, August 3rd - All American breakfast will be served at the host hotel "Gold Dust West"
